This is a 50 Seater Restaurant set for one of the best Hotel & resort based in West Bengal, this restaurant chair table & sofa set is made from MS with with 1.4mm thickness, powder coated paint on metal structure, with synthetic wicker weaved with punching machine fixed. we don’t use knot system while weaving, if you flip any other outdoor chair or sofa you would see some knots under it which is not long lasting because the entire weaving is relying on the knot and no matter how hard you tie the knot since it’s synthetic so it will get loos after couple of months time and the entire weaving gets open, so instead of that we use punching gun to fixed it up with metal so that even if one or two line gets damaged then rest of the weaving remains at it place. you can see our Instagram video how we use punching machine fixed. we are popular as resort furniture supplier and manufacturer in kolkata
